The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite shower room, super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, super-king-size with en-suite shower room, twin (zip/link) with en-suite bathroom, single and a ground-floor family room with double and twin singles with en-suite bathroom, along with a cloakroom. Outside there is a secluded rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue and off-road parking for eight cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and within 3 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. A traditional market town, Forfar holds a monthly farmers’ market, showcasing the best of the local agricultural produce. Forfar nestles close to the Angus Glens and the spectacular scenery of Strathmore. There is much to see and do in the surrounding area here. Regal Glamis Castle is nearby, the coastal town of Arbroath is only 15 miles away with its beaches and cliffs, while just 14 miles away is Carnoustie with its famous golf links. With the Cairngorms National Park to the north and Edinburgh less than two hours’ drive to the south, there is much to discover and enjoy in this beautiful area of Scotland.
