Estimado Patrick,
Respeto muchísimo a nuestros clientes y a sus opiniones, es por ello que lamento mucho no haber estado a la altura de tus expectativas.
Quiero matizar que, como bien sabes, y con independencia de como cada uno llame a la estancia, todas las fotografías publicadas son 100% rigurosas y verídicas con respecto al contenido, por lo que en todo momento se sabe como es antes de alquilar.
Por otra parte, lamentó mucho las molestias a las que haces referencia, probablemente acentuadas más aún por las fiestas de navidad en que te has alojado, pero en ocasiones pueden haber cosas en un edificio que se salen del control estricto del apartamento en cuestión. Aun así, cuando os recibí me puse a vuestra entera disposición para cualquier cosa en la que os pudiera ayudar y no recibí ninguna información por tu parte al respecto. Si me lo hubieses comunicado, hubiese tratado de buscar una solución.
