non conforme à la réalité je réclame un dédommagement

ce n'est pas un appartement avec une chambre mais un studio avec un grand lit et une cuisine et toilettes séparés.Ceci pourrait être un détail.MAIS: par contre pour accéder au "studio" il;convient de traverser la cuisine d'un appartement voisin (occupé par une famille avec enfants et de supporter tous les bruits de vie de cette famille qui vit tard dans la nuit.Et ça n'est pas dans l'annonce! j 'attends donc un geste de réparation et pense que cette annonce ne mérite pas de rester chez Abritel .Pour le respect du client.

Estimado Patrick, Respeto muchísimo a nuestros clientes y a sus opiniones, es por ello que lamento mucho no haber estado a la altura de tus expectativas. Quiero matizar que, como bien sabes, y con independencia de como cada uno llame a la estancia, todas las fotografías publicadas son 100% rigurosas y verídicas con respecto al contenido, por lo que en todo momento se sabe como es antes de alquilar. Por otra parte, lamentó mucho las molestias a las que haces referencia, probablemente acentuadas más aún por las fiestas de navidad en que te has alojado, pero en ocasiones pueden haber cosas en un edificio que se salen del control estricto del apartamento en cuestión. Aun así, cuando os recibí me puse a vuestra entera disposición para cualquier cosa en la que os pudiera ayudar y no recibí ninguna información por tu parte al respecto. Si me lo hubieses comunicado, hubiese tratado de buscar una solución. Sin otro particular, Un abrazo Jose
