Sea View exclusive villa with private garden and pool
Gazing out over the picturesque port of Forio and the blue of the sea, our Executive Villa Varulo offers guests sublime coastal views throughout the day. Exclusive infinity pool in the garden.
Italian marble spacious bathrooms, flooring made from handmade ceramic tiles and curated details, complete the picture.
The suite is decorated with pieces coming from a selection of some of the best Italian brands as well as bespoke furniture designed for this space by a team lead by our architect Claudio Pulicati and made by local craftsmen.
Among the many services that we offer there are:
• Front office and concierge on property
• Daily housekeeping (under extra charge)
• Cooking classes and local home restaurant (on request)
• Complimentary 600 square metres full equipped gym
The villas are located only 3 minutes away from the sand beach where there is a beach club (which does not belong to us) and there are 15 minutes away from the Forio city centre always walking distance along the sea front.
