The property manager wasn’t replying

our check in was at 4pm so when we got to into rotherham from bristol we called him numerous times to try and get the keys to go into the property. he ignored all of them just like the messages left on vrbo days prior. he then cancelled the booking at 5pm leaving us stranded 3/4 hours away from home. we booked for the whole weekend and vrbo only gave us a hotel for the friday night. so on saturday we had no where to sleep, no where to put our luggage or the car. Ruined the entire weekend.
