You'll love to stay in this spacious and air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment, located in the very heart of Split.

Everything in Split is within very short walk distance from here: central sea promenade, world famous Diocletians palace, central park and green market, beaches, restaurants, grocery store…

It has two bedrooms, living room, dining room with kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

Living room has one cozy sofa sleeping two people, large LED TV with cable channels and air condition unit.

Kitchen has a fridge with freezer, oven, stove, microvawe, kettle and coffee maker, so you are fully equipped to prepare your own tasty meals.

Each bedroom has one double cozy bed.

Bathroom has shower and hair dryer and there's also an extra toilet.

Baby cot can be provided for free, please ask in advance.

We also provide high-speed unlimited Wi-Fi internet, fresh linen and towels, iron and ironing board free of charge.

All this makes it an ideal choice as your base from where you can experience all that Split has to offer, and there's a lot.

Please respect this apartment as your own - leave it tidy and don't make noise to other people in the building.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is after 14h (2 p.m.), check out before 10h, flexible if possible.



**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its balcony.

There are no shared areas in or around it.

Paid parking is right next to the building.

There are free parking spots on the street 1-5 minutes walking from the apartment.


**** The Neighbourhood:

This is truly an awesome location!

Apartment is located in the very heart of Split in a safe neighbourhood, just around the corner to the buzz of the city.

Its position makes it a perfect combination of being close to everything and having peace when you just want to rest and sleep.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range to virtually everything: restaurants, coffee bars, supermarkets, central green market, main fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city promenade....

It's just just few minutes walking to the Split promenade and Diocletians Palace which is the best preserved palace from the Roman times in the world.

**** Getting around:

Getting around is super easy.

You are not a slave to your car as everything is within walking distance.

Local bus station is 100m away.

City bus station, taxis and rent a car agencies are within 5 minutes walking.

Regional bus station, ferry port, and train station are within 8 min walking.

Two great beaches are within just 6-10 min walking: sandy beaches Bacvice and Firule.

**** Other Things to Note

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, 20 min walking from the apartment.

Stay from 11th to 15th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.

Please do not make reservation for less than that.

You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.
