From the provincial road connecting Monte Argentario to the hinterland, after the last bend, at the top of the steep descent, you will enjoy the fabulous panorama of Porto Santo Stefano overlooking the gulf: a postcard.

A well-known and popular touristic locality, it is able to offer wonderful holidays for families with children as well as for young people. In fact, in Porto Santo Stefano you can practise countless sports (mountain biking, surfing, sailing, kitesurfing, trekking...), immerse yourself in the lively nightlife, but also decide to relax in one of the many quiet corners that the town and the coast have to offer.

In the upper part of the town of Porto Santo Stefano, in a dominant position over the new port and the ancient Fortress, symbol of the past Spanish domination, there is this flat, located on the second floor of a characteristic 'santostefanese' building.

In front of the building there is a pay car park that is very useful for loading/unloading luggage.

The Santo Stefano Apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 persons and is composed as follows:

One bedroom with a double bed, plus a sofa bed (one and a half places), wardrobe, air conditioning, plasma TV. Bathroom with shower. Laundry room with washing machine and clothesline. Living room with kitchenette.
In the living room there is a (extendable) dining table, double sofa bed, air conditioning and plasma TV.
The living area has a balcony with sea view.

The flat has Wi-Fi.
