About this property

Casa con gran jardín y unas preciosas vistas

The property:
Our beautiful house with garden and private pool in Teià is an idyllic place.

With 600m of garden and beautiful views, this house for 5 people is a very special place for a wonderful stay.

It has three bedrooms, two doubles and one single. A complete bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher....

In addition you will have at your disposal washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

The garden with private swimming pool is our favorite part of this house. An area where you can spend great moments in good company and create unforgettable memories.

The house is located on a property shared with another property.





Important:*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to make the payment of the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).

In the same link also, you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.

*Late check-in has an additional cost of 35€ from 20h to 22h or 50€ from 22h to 00h.

*Minimum age 30 years old. Parties are strictly forbidden.
