Host left message that doors were unlocked and keys were inside. We pulled up and there was a car parked in yard by the front door. The yard was a mess. We felt very uncomfortable entering a house that was open with a car outside. We left and had to book 2 rooms at Hampton Inns and Suites. Honestly I’d like a refund of my money. I messaged the host and never heard back.

That's completely false! The parking space was available for you, and there's no patio, as you described it. It's obvious you didn't even arrive at the apartment; you rented it for a day, and the last message I received from you was that you didn't have time to get there. And the security cameras don't show you arriving. Please be a little more professional and respect other people's work.

This is a perfect location from Hard Rock Stadium (not to close not to far) The host kept us updated and informed away of head of time. The property was super clean only one bathroom but we were all guys so we had no issues at all. Easy access to the airport.
