The facility consists of 6 units , two three-room apartments and four one-room apartments, each with private car parking. A barbeque and a coin-operated washing machine are available for all our guests.

La casa si trova sotto Capoliveri con stupenda vista sul golfo Stella. La posizione è ottima per spostarsi ( ovviamente in macchina 15/30 minuti) nelle varie spiagge che si affacciano sul golfo. Spiaggia Peducelli e spiaggia Morcone si possono raggiungere a piedi in 10/15 minuti. La casa è in buone condizioni manutentive , manca però di qualche comodo accessorio per la cucina ( pelapatate, coltelli, qualche "stovigliame" e posate in piu sarebbero stati graditi). La vista ed i tramonti durante l'ora di cena sono uno spettacolo. L'alloggio si trova al primo piano verso il mare (ovest) ed ingresso a piano terra rispetto la strada di accesso (est). Nel complesso la valutazione più che buona.
