Villa from the 50s of great charm, we are in the area where the fiction "Le onde del passato" was filmed. The villa is just 50 meters from the sea. A living room overlooking the Bay of Mola, three double / twin bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds, an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a veranda overlooking the sea with a table for 12 people. The building stands on land about 10 meters above the provincial road Porto Azzurro / Portoferraio, in front of the Gulf of Mola.
Our guests will have at their disposal FREE OF CHARGE, two Kayaks for 2 + 1 child.

The kayaks will be made available, free of charge, but must be prepared, therefore it will be necessary to request them ONE WEEK BEFORE ARRIVING.
The use of kayaks is subject to the payment of a DEPOSIT of € 250 upon arrival.
The villa is in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, surrounded by a private garden of Mediterranean scrub; centuries-old pine trees, olive trees, eucalyptus trees, oleanders, prickly pears, rosemary, almond trees and strawberry trees..
In season, the flowering of a lush bougainvillea covers the main facade of the villa.
Wood, terracotta floors, period furnishings and lots of light characterize the lived-in interiors of the property. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, including 3 large double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed, suitable for children. Upon request, it is possible to add a bed in one of the double bedrooms at a cost of € Each bedroom is equipped with individual air conditioning. A characteristic wooden window occupies the entire wall of the living room and offers an extraordinary glimpse of the bay of Mola. You can dine on the veranda overlooking the gulf: a solid wood table for twelve people will welcome you.
The kitchen is independent, with an induction hob and fully equipped.
In the garden you can relax on the deckchairs in the shade of the pine trees, cook on the barbecue or simply enjoy the view of the sea.
The fig tree hides an outdoor shower.
The beach of Mola, immediately from the villa, can be reached by walking across the provincial road, but it is not suitable for swimming due to posidonia on the seabed; furthermore, a stretch of the beach below hosts a facility equipped for dogs and their owners.
Boat owners can safely moor a boat in the bay, right in front of the house, in a guarded Campo Boe.
The services and comforts offered by this Residential Area are numerous. Five minutes are enough to reach the most beautiful sandy beaches, some with bar and restaurant service, others quieter, Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, Barabarca, Norsi, Felciaio, or Aquarilli, the only authorized naturist beach on Elba.
The road below connects, a few hundred meters away, all the services: Supermarket, local vegetable stalls, petrol station, bank, fish market, bars, pizzeria and restaurants. In Porto Azzurro it is possible to buy fresh fish directly from the fishing boat on the dock. Furthermore, the strategic position guarantees safety in all circumstances. Police station, emergency room, hospital, medical guard, fire brigade and veterinarian. It is important to know that, depending on the season and time, you can hear the cars passing by on the street from the house.
Pets are allowed up to a maximum of one, with a cleaning supplement of € 20 per pet per week. The garden is not fenced.
The rental price includes water and electricity consumption,
the consumption of air conditioning and heating is included up to a maximum of 20 Kw per week. Any excess consumption will be charged at check out, at a cost of € 0.8 / Kw.
Bed linen and towels are not included. Upon request we can arrange rental from a local company, at a cost of € 15 per person (sheets plus a set of three towels per guest) Agreements with selected restaurants. Possibility of sailing excursions, diving and freediving, motorized dinghy rental, cultural visits in the footsteps of Napoleon.
IMPORTANT: Our guests have a special agreement that allows 20% discounts on ferries.

LINEN: bed linen and towels can be provided, upon request, for a fee.
It is possible to use your own linen.

TIMES: check in is from 4 pm (4 p.m.). check out is at 11 am.. For check-in after 9 pm (9 p.m.) and until 11 pm, a supplement of € 30 is required.
GROUPS children allowed over 24 years old.
DEPOSIT: € 400 to be paid in cash at check in.
PETS allowed up to one with a cleaning supplement of € 20 per pet / week.
AIR CONDITIONING: any consumption over 30 kw per week will be charged at € 0.8 / kw.
KAYAKS: a deposit of € 250 is required for use.
Extra bed: any extra bed in one of the double rooms incurs a supplement of € 30 / per day.
WASTE DISPOSAL: Guests are required to dispose of waste using the appropriate bags provided. Any waste still present in the house at check out will result in a cleaning fee of € 50
