This wonderful apartment of 65 sqm + 15 sqm of terrace, can accommodate up to 3 guests.
It offers comfort conditions of high standard with its 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with a single bed.
The living room is very pleased and includes a large dining table and a library. There is 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC, a fully equipped kitchen.
The furnished terrace is a real plus, calm and sunny.

We are located in a quiet but central street of the lively and family 12th area.
