External Living | Pool & Jacuzzi (Can be Heated with Extra fee) & BBQ
This captivating home is embellished with a private 35m2 swimming pool (1.40m depth) that can be heated (together with the jacuzzi) with an additional fee, embellished with a eight seater jacuzzi and lounge area with signature sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) at the shaded outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Contemporary interiors, exposed beams, cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming wash throughout. Lounge at the comfy living room and set up a movie marathon in the living room on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders. The villa features four wonderful bedrooms and three bathrooms ( two are en-suite). It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds and 2 more guests can sleep at the living rooms sofa bed that unfolds and can become a double bed.

Pool & Jacuzzi Heating Policy:
- The pool can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees. Can only be heated from April-May & September-November.
- 4 days in advance - prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool to reach 26 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature. The cost is 50€ per day.
-Pool can strictly be booked for the duration of your entire stay, and the total cost is a sum of the above. Prior notice is required.
- In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the pool
