As the property is in the centre of Marlow High Street and is a listed building, we would ask guests to expect a normal amount of town noise (if a central location is not for you why not check out one of our rural locations)

Please note, a refundable cautionary deposit of £250 is required before your stay starts.
If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.
Please note if you have booked via Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment will be taken upfront, the other 50% will be collected 5 days before your check in date.
