The house features 3 bedrooms—which can be converted into 4 if necessary—and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The house is spread out over a single floor and offers a comfortable living room with a large sofa and seating for 8 guests.
Adjacent to the living area is the dining room, which features a small but comfortable terrace/courtyard. The modern kitchen completes this area.
A stone staircase with an iron handrail adds a contemporary touch to this space and leads to the laundry room. The blue-and-white hallway, reminiscent of typical seaside homes, leads to the sleeping area.
Here, there are 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and one bedroom with a shared bathroom.
The rooms are all tastefully furnished with a mix of vintage and traditional elements, and the bathrooms are modern and comfortable. It is possible to set up a fourth bedroom in the dining room to accommodate up to 8 people. The courtyard also features a convenient outdoor shower and a relaxation area.
Just 30 metres from the house is the beautiful sea with a small beach.
A long, sandy beach is about 120 metres away and offers lovely beach clubs and restaurants.
