On the same Level, there are 3 spacious ensuite bedrooms.

On the Lower level, which is also accessible via a separate entrance and with its own courtyard, you will find one large living area with 8 feet billiard snooker, a bar and a bathroom.

The generous outdoor space is designed with care and regard for privacy, offering a private swimming pool with loungers and a shaded relaxation area.
