A gorgeous, well appointed 5BR villa with amazing views, spacious accommodation and fantastic furnishings. The house has just been completed (Spring 2019) to a very high standard and with great taste. It is located on a hillside a few minutes walk from the port and offers a commanding view of the old town of Spetses and the Saronic gulf beyond. It has two large terraces (shaded in the summer), two kitchens, all en-suite bathrooms and marble floors throughout. A perfect place for a large family to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation.
Please note that this property is in a quiet neighbourhood and is not suitable for playing loud music.

Why they chose this property
The house is in heart of the old town and it is on a quiet cul-de-sac. From the balcony you can gaze other rooftops and the paved uphill path which is popular for walks in the summer. It is located next to a beautiful byzantine church, and is close to the local beaches of Agios Mamas and Agios Nikolaos. Furthermore it is 5 minutes walk to the closest horse and carriage, that takes you to the beaches on the back of the island (remember, no cars allowed on the island!
