My home in the upmarket part of West London offers you the serenity and peace of suburban living, with the convenience of visiting London's most prestigious sights. Paddington is just four stops away on the Bakerloo line, with Kensington and Hyde Park within a short walking distance from there, while vibrant Notting Hill and the famous Portobello Market are just 30 minutes away by bus from Queen's Park Station.
Inside my home, the house has an airy lounge for you to relax and unwind after a long day of exploration and watch some of your favourite shows on the television. it leads to a bright dining conservatory.
The kitchen has all the essentials appliance to whip up a delicious meal. A washing machine is also available to help freshen your clothes in an instant.
Outside, a small terrace with high fences and outdoor furniture is the perfect place to enjoy al-fresco meals, BBQs or a cup of coffee during a cool summer morning.
My home has three bedrooms, one of the double bedrooms on the ground level, and another double bedroom upstairs. Additionally, there's one single bedroom (suitable for children or an extra guest) located upstairs as well. All beds are lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a goodnight's rest.
The main bathroom is also located upstairs and has fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer provided for your convenience. Additionally, there's a downstairs toilet for guests to use as well.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
