Welcome to our home! Located on the 5th floor via stairs, the home is prepared with everything you may need for a brilliant stay in London.
The living room is a cosy space set up for a relaxing after a long day in the city. It is fitted with a sofa, which extends into a double sofa bed, a TV and a window to keep the space bright and airy. The modern kitchen is well equipped with all mod-cons, including a microwave, oven, stove and coffee machine! You're welcome to use the space to cook up a lovely homemade meal, which can be enjoyed at the dining table.
The master bedroom has a lovely double bed and a great amount of cupboard space for your luggage, clothing and belongings. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed as well. The bathroom has a bathtub and attached shower, along with a hairdryer for your use!
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
The home is located in a great neighbourhood, with plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area.
The apartment is a short walk from Portobello (turn left as you leave the building and then immediately left again, Portobello will be the second road you cross and the market will be to your right). On Saturdays, at this end of the market you are likely to find clothing retailers (especially in the area under the Westway) and people selling all sorts of strange and ancient things (bric-a-brac), and at the bottom end of the market, closest to Notting Hill Gate, you will find antiques dealers and book merchants.
To reach the apartment by public transport, you can take the Hammersmith and City Link towards Hammersmith and get off at Ladbroke Grove. There you walk up the road (left out of the station) a few blocks and the apartment is on the other side of the road. This is very convenient for access from Paddington (for the Heathrow Express) and King's Cross St. Pancreas (for the Eurostar).
The area is also very well served by a number of different bus routes. Ubers and taxis are readily available in London as well!
We've installed a huge flat-screen TV and a Blu-Ray player in case you should want to bring some entertainment with you. If you have a NetFlix login, you should be able to log in directly to your account with the television remote.
This home is on the fourth floor with no elevator.
Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
