Lee House Farm is a stunning detached home featuring a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room, study, conservatory, and a dressing room. Appliances include an electric range cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV, two TVs, and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king, two doubles, and two family rooms, all with accompanying en-suite bath or shower rooms, serviced by a communal bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is a large enclosed lawned garden with patio, fire pit, barbecue, furniture, and a summer house, along with ample off-road parking. Within 0.9 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub. Please note, this property welcomes three well-behaved dogs, but is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Enjoy a memorable stay in Yorkshire at Lee House Farm. Note: Dogs to be always kept downstairs in kitchen/breakfast room and conservatory when in house (not in carpeted rooms). Please note: The hot tub will be undergoing maintenance between 11th and 14th of March, so will not be useable on these dates

Enclosed, private garden with hot-tub and far-reaching views. Ample off-road parking. Gas central heating. WiFi throughout. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Well-behaved dogs with responsible owners are welcome. No smoking inside the property. Shop 0.9 miles, award winning pub 0.3 miles.
