Dormer Bungalow is a delightful stone cottage based in Cross Roads, West Yorkshire. It has four bedrooms; one ground floor single, one first floor double with en-suite shower room and two first floor doubles, with a separate family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area, with a separate sitting room with a woodburning stove, and a snug room with an electric fire. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture and hot tub. Off-road parking is available. Dormer Bungalow is the ultimate choice for families and friends to explore West Yorkshire.

Fantastic, friendly and very helpful owners, excellent house and very well equipped.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Middle Barn. The owner Beverley was extremely helpful and very accommodating. The house was brilliant very clean, well equipped with everything you needed in the kitchen to children's toys, highchair, travel cot etc. It was just fantastic. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again.
