Nie wieder

Erst als wir bei der Unterkunft angekommen sind, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Unterkunft doppelt belegt wurde. Das haben wir natürlich nur gesagt bekommen, weil wir selber nachgefragt hatten, vorher keine Info. Die Empfehlung war dann einfach was auf Booking zu buchen, kann Rabatt, nichts. Vom Kundenservice von Fewo war natürlich auch keiner erreichbar, von wegen „Mit-Vetrauen-Buchen-Garantie“.
