Unable to stay

Awful, my friends and myself had booked to attend wassail at a nearby cider farm. All week I had been unable to contact the host. On the day of check-in I contacted VRBO customer services who said I would have to wait until check in time had passed before they could do anything. On arrival at the property I found someone else who had booked for 3 nights. Still unable to contact host, VRBO not being very helpful and so far reluctant to refund
