The entire interior of number 12a ( Basement) is exclusively reserved for the guests who have booked the property. The access to the front door is to the rear of the property byway of the side alley and down a few steps .. These areas are floodlit . The side access and rear garden are shared among all residents of the building, which is let as a whole 6 bedroom property or individually There is designated 4-seater garden furniture located on the left side of the garden for the exclusive use of those that stay.

EXTRA TERMS AND CONDTIONS
The whole basement uses a Macerator based plumbing system which could block if filled with non flushable waste causing the system to fail. This system uses a pump which has a whooshing noise when activated which may be unfamiliar to some guests.
