This listing is for the whole property, basement and house, a combined total of a spacious 2400 sq ft with large windows and high ceilings and many original features
Comfortable for up to 12 guests depending on the sleeping combination, this is perfect for multi-generational stays with NO sofa beds, only high-quality luxury mattresses and bedding.
Both spaces have a unique sustainable thrifted flawsome eclectic design, which mixes the old with the new, creating a one of a kind dopamine kick to the senses
The basement is self-contained, with its own amenities and facilities and is accessible from the side or rear of the property,. It is modern, open-planned, funky, colourful and has a pop art chill-out vibe, with awesome technology and its own sunken patio.
The main house has retained many original features and is open, light and spacious with an eclectic vibe. Its modern kitchen with American fridge freezer and dual Rangemaster cooker is perfect for entertaining, anniversaries and birthday celebrations

The basement kitchen dining is open-planned and has a retro vibe with an induction hob and Zanussi oven and four seater breakfast bar.
The main house has two stools at the breakfast bar and the dining table can seat ten people.
Both kitchens are equipped with their own Krups coffee machine, blender, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and appropriate dinner and silverware as well as a large array of cooking utensils and facilities
There are 3.5 bathrooms, one of which has a luxury slipper bath and all have rainfall showers. The main house has a downstairs toilet.

The jungle room has chesterfield bunk bed, with Bluetooth light projector
The blue French room has an open ensuite shower room and a hand carved gold bed
The colonial room steps you back in time and comes complete with a hand carved four poster bed , leather rocking chair, and ceiling fan
The double bedroom has an Alice feel with a Tv and an original French padded bed.
In the basement the main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, LED floating bed, projector and Teas made and the second bedroom has a king-size bed that can be split into 2 single beds on request.
All the main house rooms have vintage velvet blackout curtains.
There is also a courtyard garden, that has additional outdoor seating for twelve people

Guests staying will be able to enjoy many outdoor and sea-based activities in and around the local area. Whether you are looking for a dry trip, a tour trip, or a destination dupe. Thanet has a lot to offer . Most bars and pubs have live music at weekends and the recently re open Granville theatre has many Westend shows. The summer months are host to many live events, festivals, and concerts, including Broadstairs Folk Week, Broadstairs Food and Drink festival, Margate pride, Ramsgate Regatta, and the US open to name a few, not forgetting the many events at Quex Park and Dreamland Margate

TRAVEL
Ramsgate is easily accessible by train from London, with a journey time of approximately 70 minutes. The train station is conveniently located just a 12-minute stroll, around half a mile, from the property.
The infamous Thanet Loop is a popular transportation option, taking you from Ramsgate to Margate via Broadstairs for a nominal fare. This allows you to explore the adjoining towns of Thanet easily and affordably.
During the warmer months, there is an open-top bus that runs from Ramsgate to Broadstairs, providing a delightful way to enjoy the scenic coastal route. Additionally, the Ramsgate harbour offers a variety of boat trips, allowing you to experience the beauty of the coast from a different perspective.
For transportation within the local area, there are several local taxi services available, as well as the convenience of fast food delivery options if you prefer to dine in.
Parking around the property is primarily free street parking and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. It's important to note that some roads in the area can be quite narrow. However, locals are accustomed to this and are generally calm and accommodating when it comes to parking. There are also numerous public car parks throughout the town, and the Waitrose car park offers free parking for up to two hours.
The main town area is just a 5-minute stroll away from the property and is currently undergoing significant rejuvenation. Within minutesr, you'll reach the harbour and the main beach, offering beautiful coastal views. Most attractions and places worth visiting in Ramsgate town can be easily reached within a 10 to 15-minute walk. Additionally, there are designated disabled bays available throughout the town for those who require them.
Ramsgate offers a convenient and accessible location, making it easy to explore the town and its surrounding areas, both on foot and using various transportation options. E

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES
Please note that this property has a few unique features and includes vintage/antique items. To preserve the integrity of these items, we kindly request that guests refrain from touching or removing them. A holding deposit of £300 will be taken card hold the day before check in and released the after property clean and inspection
We do not have additional child safety but do provide a travel cot and high chair on request
No firearms or illegal substances must be used or stored on-site
No commercial or illegal activities
No access noise between 10pm and 8am
No parties or large groups above agreed capacity
No pets
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.
We have security cameras installed outside the property for the safety of everyone. These consist of a ring-style doorbell at each front door and a side camera that are all motion activated.. Inside there are noise, cigarette, and motion sensors.
Children under the age of 18 may not stay in the basement apartment overnight unaccompanied by an adult.
