Situated in heart of Mumbles Village, this stunning recently renovated house provides two bedrooms, each offering either a super king bed or two single beds to suit the needs of any guests.
The house has a well equipped kitchen and dining area, spacious bathroom and comfortable living room complete with a smart TV, electric fire and full fibre broadband.
Outside, there is a private patio and seating area to enjoy the sunny evenings.

The property is just around the corner from independent coffee shops, fishmongers, butchers and other artisan producers as well as local pubs, a small supermarket and many other amenities.
The beautiful Oystermouth Castle is also on your doorstep.

There is free short stay parking outside the house for you to unload and parking permits can be purchased for £25 per week through the council. Alternatively, there is a car park a short walk away where you can park for £15 for the week or another offering 24hrs for £6.
