The side lake is ideal for swimming, and well stocked for fishing. There is a plum orchard behind the house, and apple trees in the garden.

The house sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Bed linen and towels are included. There are two full bathrooms upstairs {large bath and shower, basin, WC and bidet}, and separate half bath on the ground floor.
Downstairs, the fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, toaster and coffee machines has a breakfast seating area with the fridge and washing machine in the boiler room adjacent. A large open fireplace marks the spacious living room with oak beams and dining area. The French windows open out onto the side lake, where a flagstone area makes it easy for outside dining.
The garden furniture is kept in the storage room at the end of the hallway. There is central heating for the winter months, and the open fire adds convivial warmth during spring and summer. The living room is equipped with TV, Stereo and WIFI.
