WE ONLY RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY WITH A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM!!
6937 Holmes Blvd, Holmes Beach, FL 34217. Google us for maps for relative location to beach and Gulf.
We installed a new pool with a spa in 2016. This island home just one block from the beach offers a one of a kind setting which affordably gives you the pleasures of a spring-fed lake with dock as well as one block (3 minute walk) to the beach with a peek of the gulf. The beautiful lake is home to all types of fish ranging from Snapper, Redfish, Tarpon and Mullet. Practice your fishing skills. (Please keep in mind for all of our future enjoyment we do practice catch and release.) You will enjoy the very light and open floor plan immaculately furnished with three bedrooms and two full baths as well as an outside shower. The third bedroom includes a handsome writing desk and TV. Enjoy your morning coffee and sunrise on the beautiful awning covered back balcony overlooking the pool, spa and lake then relax in the evening enjoying the beautiful sunset on the beach.

Wonderful first stay in AMI!

We loved staying at this home in Holmes Beach! It was very clean and the walk to the beach was not far at all! Loved the pool and was great to be able to use all of the beach chairs & wagon. Christy was quick to answer any questions I had, would love to stay here again!!

Another great AMI trip

This was our second trip to AMI and we loved the house and the location of it. We could walk to the beach everyday and you can even see it from the front door! The pool and hot tub were nice. The house came with all amenities that you might need. We will be back!!

Peaceful stay

Great quiet location

Loved the location - we’ve stayed at far north end several times before of AMI, but we preferred this location. It was very quiet, lovely that it backed into lagoon. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and heated nicely. The house itself is taken well care of and has so many amenities to make your trip easy (cookware, beach accessories, etc). Highly recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful home with short walk to the beach

Everything you need for a stay at the beach. Loved the beach wagon and sand toys. Also appreciated the chairs for the beach and even a taller chair for my husband who had knee replacement. We enjoyed the pool as well. We did quite a bit of cooking in the kitchen and the kitchen is very well equipped. I did buy and leave for the house some containers for storing leftovers. The beds are super comfortable and the fans in each room help keep you cool. The bathrooms have lots of soft fluffy towels and lots of different bathroom supplies in the bathroom closets. I left our leftover products for the next guests. Great big beach towels were a plus too! We had a great stay! I would absolutely book this property again. Don’t hesitate and snag this property if your dates are available!

Perfection!

We had an incredible time at this property. Comfortable. Easy for two families to move around and coexist. Loved the pool, and fishing off the dock was fun even though we caught mostly seaweed. Garage is a bonus, as we brought our bikes.

Great location and amenities!

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed all the “extras” that were available at the property, like beach chairs and umbrella and a beach wagon! Location was great and the space was perfect for our four adults and two teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were AMAZING and used daily! :) And the backyard felt like a private oasis with no houses visible behind us and lots of greenery to shield you from the neighbors. We will be back!

Literally one block to the beach not as crowded as other areas! Comfortable beds and furniture, the pool and hot tub pristine! Didn’t have any luck fishing off the dock, but other spots close by. We rented a golf cart to get everywhere we wanted to go! Love AMI! Recommend The Beach house restaurant and bridge street pier area. Christy easy to communicate with, answered my texts quickly.

Our stay was lovely. The red tide was a bummer and we didn’t get the beach time we would have hoped, but this rental had a pool and that was blessing! Overall it’s was well stocked and comfy! Would visit again as the location was perfect!

Great house, great position!

After holidaying for more than 40 years on Hilton Head Island, we made the move to Anna Maria Island and are so glad we did. The house was very comfortable, well set up and just a 3 minute walk to the beach (as advertised), shade that allowed us to spend great deal of our time at the pool and a great upstairs patio. Ken gave us all kinds of valuable information about the door locks, washer/dryer, operation of the pool and spa - no guesswork required. We will be back!

We are from New Jersey. My parents bought this property years ago when they visited the area and fell in love with it. My mom still owns the property but I manage VRBO for her since my father passed.

Why they chose this property

We just fell in love with Holmes Beach and when we found this home with the beautiful view of the lake we had to make it our home. Most homes near the beach have a back yard fenced in with no view and all of your neighbors are right behind your yard.
