Lovely stay in clean house, great communication

The property was great, just as described, very clean! Edriell was amazing, very communicative and helpful. The WiFi is pretty slow and we were a bit confused trying to connect to it at first, but Edriell helped us out and clarified things even though it was after 9pm. Overall an excellent experience!

Nice Vacation Stay

This place is a nice room attached to a home in a quiet neighborhood. It’s very convenient to the airport & off-airport car rentals. Driveway parking puts you closer to the door than the sidewalk. Persons with mobility issues will appreciate that it is a ground floor dwelling. The unit is kept clean enough that I felt comfortable walking barefoot inside. All the amenities were as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

there was no internet, password and wifi name was written there but not able to connect. We stayed 2 night. Our kids got bored with no internet and TV. lots of mosquito. Property was clean and have local food nearby.

How our stay was

We stayed for 4 days, wasn’t to far of a drive from the airport 12min the neighborhood wasn’t to bad nice and quiet, the rental was a perfect size for us we were 3 can easily fit 4 people, the downside was there wasn’t a a/c unit in living room so living room was hot , we couldn’t connect to WiFi so we couldn’t watch TV in living room but I brought my tablet so it was okay. Shower head was a little light in the pressure which was okay it still did the job. I think my only complaint was the bed it is old so it was super uncomfortable. You felt every single spring, So I couldn’t wait to get home to get a good rest. They did have an ice chest in the closet which was nice and convenient. .

The property is in bad conditions. It smell like moldy and smoke. There is paint coming out of the walls in the bedroom. The wifi is not working, When contacting the host he told me he was working on it and never got back at me. The living room light doesnt work and there is no AC in the living room. I choose this place because it I was staying with my family for 2 nights but I left the first night! I was very scare and uncomfortable. The beds, sheets and pillows are cheap! The only good thing about the place is that is close to the airport. With the money I spent in for 2 days, I stayed at San Juan in a 4 stars hotel. I definetly think the other reviews are fake! Stay away from this place its garbage!!

If your looking for a place to just sleep this is it

It was clean. Not bad , but not great either. Just a place to come and sleep. Kitchen sink no hot running water, bathroom sink no hot running water. Shower Luke warm water. Amenities only 1 toilet tissue roll then your on your own. Same with garbage bags. Small TV always buffering. It would have been nice if they had at least a grill in the back patio. No extra blankets, no spatula. It looks like whatever is there is what previous families left behind. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful

Todo estuvo excelente, muy limpio y fácil de comunicarnos con el host. Se fue la luz por varias horas y por suerte contaban con planta eléctrica. Lo único que si recomiendo es que tengan dos abanicos para cada habitación para utilizar en caso que vuelva a suceder lo de la luz. Aparte de eso todo excelente y si me quedaría en este lugar de nuevo.
