About this property

Charming apartment located in the small hamlet of Villanuova sul Clisi called \"canneto\" just 3 km from the lake.

The house is located on the second floor, inside a residence with swimming pool, and consists of a living room with sofa, kitchenette with dishwasher, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with washmachine, Wifi

From the living room and from the double bedroom you can enjoy a beautiful lake view.

Guests have access to the common garden, swimming pool, deck chairs, barbeque and a gazebo with a large table and chairs to enjoy the breeze from the hills on warm summer evenings.

No pets allowed in garden and pool.

Just 15-20 minutes by car you can practice canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing, diving and golf courses. Nearby there are also trekking and mountain bike trails and horse riding centres. Furthermore, in the surrounding area, there are numerous natural parks and water parks for the enjoyment of young people and adults. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2024 to the 10th of September 2024

Lo sconsiglio

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana ma non ci siamo trovati bene. Le condizioni di pulizia della scala di accesso e dell'appartamento erano a dir poco pessime. Ho quindi lavato io i pavimenti in prima persona e alla fine l'acqua nel secchio è risultata lurida. Appartamento sofraffollato di chincaglierie varie ma sprovvisto di cose a mio avviso basilari come una semplice grattugia! Nella descrizione si parlava di camera matrimoniale e seconda camera con due letti invece trattavasi di un letto da una piazza e mezza che ci ha creato non poche difficoltà nel dormire essendo i miei figli di età 11 e 16 anni (e quindi con una fisicità impossibile da gestire in tale letto)...alla fine mio marito ha dovuto dormire sul divano! La piscina è carina ma non basta a farmi cambiare idea: lo sconsiglio caldamente!!
