The apartment is part of a small and quiet tourist context, it is located a few steps from the lake and the beautiful beaches of Toscolano Maderno, it is in a strategic area for its proximity to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants and pizzerias.
Our holiday home can be reached by car, bus or ferry. You can walk to the embarkation of the ferry to be able to visit from the lake the most beautiful tourist resorts of Garda (Sirmione, Desenzano, Salo ', Limone etc.)
You will be welcomed upon arrival to show you the characteristics of the house and for some suggestions on the surroundings. In summer there are activities and events to make your stay more pleasant. Behind Toscolano Maderno you can explore the beautiful mountains and a few kilometers to practice windsurfing and kitesurfing (Gargnano, Limone). Ideal also for those who love cycling holidays.
The apartment of mq. 72 has an independent entrance and a parking space until exhaustion. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and a small porch with table and chairs. A washing machine is available in the bathroom. The apartment is "non-smoking" and has, in addition to the kitchen / living room, two bedrooms and a closet. Wi-Fi connection available. Satellite TV available in the living room.
Check-in is possible from 15.00 to 18.00. Check-out time is 10.00am. For different needs please make arrangements. To correctly comply with the tourist regulations, guests are asked to send an ID card copy by email when booking.
A deposit of Euro 200.00 is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay in the absence of damages.

Nice apartment

We had a very nice time in the apartment. We would love to come back. The communication with Felicita is perfect. She also has a lots of tips for us.

Great location! Great host!

Great location. Stayed with my parents and our 7 months year old baby. Apartment was very clean and Felicita was always available, very friendly, and explained everything. Very accommodating to find parking for our second car. Only a few meters away from the lake for swimming, could carry our paddleboard to the lake which was great, close to restaurants and ice cream. Easy for stroller walks at the lake. Quiet place. Would definitely book again in the future. Only minor issue was that the internet stopped sometimes and took time to come back. But that might be an issue with the provider. When the internet was there it was fast. Thanks to Felicita!

Wir wurden herzlich von Felicita in Empfang genommen. Ein sehr schönes Appartement, dass auch sehr zentral zum Gardasee gelegen ist. Zwei Supermärkte und eine Apotheke sind ebenfalls in der Nähe und viele Möglichkeiten sehr gut Essen zu gehen oder etwas zu shoppen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Appartement ist toll aufgeteilt mit zwei Schlafzimmern und jeweils separater Klimaanlage und einem Balkon mit Wäscheständer, als auch einem Terrassenbereich mit Tisch und vier Stühlen. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Betten im OG waren bezogen und pro Person hatten wir drei Handtücher (Badetuch, Handtuch und Gästetuch) sowie zwei Geschirrtücher.Der Wohnbereich bietet zwei Sofas (2er und 3er Sofa) mit Coachtisch und einen großenTisch mit vier Stühlen zum Essen oder Spiele spielen. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Ebenfalls sind Töpfe, eine Pfanne und genügend Tellern, Tassen, Gläsern und Besteck vorhanden. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Appartement. Der Appartementbereich wird ganztägig abgeschlossen.Ein Adapter ist Vorort (z.B. für einen Fön). Vorort gibt es genügend Info-Material, was man unternehmen kann und ein Fernseher ist auch vorhanden. Ob es deutsche Programme gibt, weiß ich leider nicht.Wir können dieses traumhafte Appartement wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Große Wohnung

Im Prinzip eine schöne Wohnung, Übergabe bei Ankunft und Abreise verlief sehr gut.Die Klimaanlage vom Hotel gegenüber läuft dauerhaft und ist sehr laut, mit offenem Fenster schlafen geht nicht.Ausstattung in der Küche könnte besser sein. Es war nur das aller nötigste vorhanden.Im großen und ganzen waren wir aber zufrieden.

Super Unterkunft mit kleinen Mankos

Wir haben im September eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Felicita lief reibungslos sowohl beim Check in als auch bei unserer Abreise. Im Haus ist alles sehr sauber und auf einem guten Niveau. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls unschlagbar. Man ist in nicht mal 2 Minuten am Wasser, hat viele Restaurants um sich, ebenso wie 2 Supermärkte und eine Apotheke. Auch um Tagesausflüge zu starten, hat man eine sehr gute Lage. Für Familien, die nur Kinder dabei haben, ist ein Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit unserem Hund mussten wir immer ein Stück zu den Buchten laufen, was aber bei der Aussicht nicht weiter stört. Der Hundestrand ist etwa eine halbe Stunde weg, wenn man läuft. Als einzigen Kritikpunkt sehen wir die Balkonlage zum benachbarten Hotel. Man hört die Lüfter immer wieder an-und ausgehen. An das Geräusch gewöhnt man sich aber mit der Zeit. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft und können sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Sehr geräumiges Apartment für eine Familie

Unser Aufenthalt war schön und das Apartment hat uns sehr gefallen. Da wir ein Krabbelkind haben, habe ich den Boden bei Ankunft sauber machen müssen, da dieser nicht gewischt war. Dies hat mich aber nicht gestört. Felicita war super zuvorkommend und flexibel. Als uns etwas im Haushalt gefehlt hat, hat sie uns ungehend jemanden vorbeigeschickt. Wir können den Aufenthalt für Familien sehr empfehlen.

viel Platz, Supermarkt um die Ecke

Das Nötigste ist vorhanden in der Wohnung, insbesondere die Küchenausstattung ist nicht sehr umfangreich. Es reicht allerdings aus. Es gibt Platz sich auszubreiten auch für Babybett und Krabbeldecke ist ausreichend Fläche da. Der Supermarkt ist wirklich dicht dran und eine Post sowie mehrere Eisdielen gibt es auch.

Hinterhofmäßig

Vorteil: Parkplatz vor der FeWo (gewisses fahrerisches Können ist Voraussetzung, weil es im Hof sehr eng zugeht); Oberes Stockwerk - Schlafräume und Bad okay; Küche mit Wohnraum muffig; Frühstücksplatz vor dem Eingang befindet sich hinter dem Hotel spledid mit der entsprechenden Geräuschkulisse (Aircondition, Gläserklirren, ...) und Aussicht; in der Küche waren weder Geschirrreiniger noch Schwamm vorhanden, keine Weingläser, abgenutzte Kaffeetassen; der nahe See entpuppte sich als Anlegestelle der Fährverbindung Moderna - Tori del Benaco, die nächste Badestelle war ca. 500 m entfernt. Für die Hälfte des Mietpreises wäre es okay gewesen.

Dear Klaus, I'm sorry that you did not appreciate our Holiday House even if you never showed any defects during your stay. Our location, even if it located behind the Hotel Splendid, is strategic as it is close to the beaches, the ferry boat station and the center and also for this reason our guests return. I'm sorry that you have taken for mold a simple and small stain of paint !!! In addition, the kitchen is well equipped with dishes, perhaps you had to open all the doors... the dishwasher is not included in our equipment and does not even appear on our Vrbo site. Super Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen, sie war stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und entsprach den Bildern. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Auto konnte man auch direkt vor dem Appartement parken. Die Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen (ruhige Seitenstraße). Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, ebenso wie Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Mille grazie e un abbraccio 🤗💝

A notre arrivée un accueil très chaleureux. Idem pour le départ avec un petit pincement au coeur. Grand merci pour tout. Très bel appartement, spacieux dans lequel on respire. Au calme à deux pas du lac, du ferry et du centre ville. Le lac de garde est à découvrir en voiture (soyez patients) et en bâteau (il apparaît totalement différent) Ne pas manquer les termes de Sirmione. Elles valent vraiment le détour. Bref 5 étoiles pour ces dix jours à Toscolano Maderno.
