Inclusive in the rental is weekly housekeeping and free parking.The Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including an oven, fridge, stove, kettle, toaster and microwave. Complete with a good supply of cutlery, glasses and crockery. There are two local convenience stores within a 10min minute walk, and larger supermarket just a 3 minute drive away.The lounge complete with garden views, is furnished with comfy sofas and a separate dining area. There are 4 good sized double bedrooms to sleep in. The Hub, Xscape, Theatre District and shopping centre are all within a short 5 minute drive from your home. Very clean and functional house - it had everything we needed for a family stay for a wedding in the area. The beds were comfortable and clean and warm - which is so important. The area is close to everything - easy walk to a Costa and Tesco Express! The kitchen pans were very basic but everything worked and if you are not staying for ages it all works! I would recommend this house! :-)

Koye is a good host. He is very responsive and aims to fix problems promptly! Unfortunately during our stay we did have a few issues with the boiler (that he resolved) and generally the property is needing some updating and maintenance.Comfortable stay, but it could have been easier...
