Flat in the heart of Alicante ,beach 500 m
Newly renovated flat with all comforts situated in the centre of the charming old town of Alicante. The flat has 2 bedrooms (sheets, towels), maximum 4 persons, living room, bathroom, kitchenette, backyard, air conditioning, fans, wiffi. The flat is only 5 minutes from the postiguet beach, you will find countless restaurants and shops in the surroundings. 1st floor with lift, the flat is suitable for children families as well as for adults.
Situated in the centre of Alicante in the historic artistic centre, in the same shopping area, with shops, terraces and restaurants, 2 minutes from the metro-tram stop. Line 1 of the TRAM connects the city centre of Alicante with Benidorm. It runs parallel to the sea until it reaches La Vila Joiosa. It is 43 kilometres long and runs every 30 minutes. The journey time is an hour and a quarter. It is also a 10 minute walk from the beach and the promenade, access to public parking in the centre.
The community of neighbours is clean, calm and very quiet, respect and silence is required during the hours of rest.
