Access to the property is by footpath only, on a steep hill and around 40 steps.. Perched on an elevated position, this cosy haven offers both tranquillity and convenience, with an excellent pub and restaurant right across the road. Please note that due to its location, the cottage is not suitable for people with restricted mobility.
The cottage features three inviting bedrooms on the first floor: a double, a comfortable twin, and a charming single. There’s also a first-floor bathroom. On the ground floor, a warm living room with a fireplace invites relaxation after exploring the picturesque surroundings. The well-equipped kitchen / dining room caters for all your culinary needs, while a ’secret’ shower room and toilet add convenience. Outside, a small sitting area at the front of the cottage allows you to enjoy the fresh air and scenic views. The owners also thoughtfully provide a welcome pack, inclusive of toilet roll, tea and coffee, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, paper napkins, kitchen roll, hand soap and shower gel, as well as cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and washing powder. There is also a hairdryer provided.
You will find surfing and beach/paddle boarding nearby, along with river swimming just 5 minutes away. Lynton and Lynmouth offer a treasure trove of attractions.
