Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, child and dog friendly - stay here!
The first thing you notice about Hill View is the garden, perfect for relaxing on the decking in the hammock, or on the large lawn next to the fruit trees (pear, apple, peach, and plum)!
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, featuring a king sized bed with step free access to the outside (with a step up into the kitchen) and ensuite wc/shower room.
The second bedroom is upstairs, also featuring a king sized bed, and is next door to the colourful third bedroom with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have blackout curtains and secondary blinds; linen and towels are provided and professionally laundered for each guest.
The family bathroom holds a large rolltop bath and separate shower.
Downstairs the lounge boasts a log burner and smart TV, whilst the dining room holds a refectory style dining table to seat up to 8.
The kitchen is well equipped with a 5 hob electric range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, crepe maker, and all the essentials, whilst the utility room has a washing machine, iron & ironing board, and drying rack.
Returning outside, the garden room is air conditioned, and is a perfect distraction particularly if there is poor weather, with table football, jigsaws, toys, and a PlayStation Classic.
You will have the whole home to yourselves, including our games room / air conditioned garden room. The garden is very large with lawn, decking, fruit trees, loads of raspberries in the summer, and a BBQ area.
Self check-in, with local housekeeper on call throughout stay.
Beautiful countryside walks, a number of lovely local pubs in walking distance serving food and real ales (Swan Inn in Monks Eleigh, The Peacock in Chelsworth, The Six Bells in Preston St Mary, The Rose in Lindsey... all dog friendly!)
Free parking is available on the large drive for up to three cars.
Our gardener visits once a week to keep the outside areas looking perfect: if you are unhappy with this please let us know in advance so that we can ask him to reschedule.
If you intend to use the BBQ please bring charcoal; there is a wire cleaning brush and utensils. For the log burner in the lounge please bring your own wood and firelighters. These can all be purchased from Hollow Trees Farm, an excellent local farm shop.
