Central London Oasis - Luxury Modern Designer Soho Flat with 2 BR and Terrace

This flat is a hidden oasis in the heart of Soho, Central London, and is perfect for a family trip or a small group of friends. We are new to VRBO but have several years of rental history with 100% FIVE STAR REVIEWS on the other major booking app which starts with AIR and ends with B and B. The apartment is a modern new build property with a high spec decor and a large open floor plan layout spread across 1,400 square feet. It is flooded with light, has a private secluded entrance with 24 hour concierge and security. Located on the 5th floor serviced by elevator lift. Outdoor terrace with seating and gas BBQ. Nice views all of the way to Big Ben and beyond. Parking available for an extra charge.

The space:

Living and Eating:
The living room is beautifully decorated with stylish interiors and is flooded with natural daylight thanks to a wall of windows and sliding glass doors opening onto the southern facing terrace. The room is furnished with a designer L-shaped sofa, as well as two armchairs and a 60 inch flat-screen TV. The open plan space includes a large dining area with seating for up to 8 guests.

The large designer kitchen boasts a magnificent 3 metre long granite top kitchen island and the space is fully fitted with a Nespresso coffee machine, a Smeg filter coffee maker, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and induction hob. Through the sliding glass doors off the living room is the stunning terrace which includes beautifully planted containers, an outdoor dining table with 2 chairs, a gas BBQ and city skyline views including to Big Ben, Parliament’s Victoria Tower and beyond.

The entire open plan area is air-conditioned.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
First Bedroom (with en-suite bathroom): a spacious & comfortable bedroom with a UK Super King Bed (equivalent to US king-size bed), a desk and desk chair, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a full-size bathtub and an over-bath shower, sink and toilette. This bedroom is serviced by central air conditioning with its own thermostat.

Second Bedroom: a spacious & comfortable bedroom with a UK King Bed (equivalent to US queen-size bed), a desk and desk chair, and built-in mirrored wardrobes. THIS BEDROOM IS NOT AIR-CONDITIONED (cooled) but there is a fan and large openable window. The entire apartment has underfloor heating.

Second bathroom: accessed from the central hallway and just outside the entrance of the second bedroom, this bathroom is fitted with a cabin shower, sink and toilette.

Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire flat. A member of our concierge team will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.

The property is located on the fifth floor and there are two lifts onsite proving service from the ground floor reception to the fifth floor. There are 5 short steps to access the front door of the apartment.

The area is well serviced by public transportation with Oxford Circus Underground Station, Piccadilly Circus Underground Station and multiple bus stops just minutes away. London’s newest train line, the “Elizabeth Line” / Crossrail, is just 3 blocks away, with direct service to London Heathrow Airport in 45 minutes. Heathrow Airport is 1 hour away by the Piccadilly tube line or 45 minutes+ by car (car travel times can vary significantly depending on traffic and time of day). If you're travelling by car, Regent Street, Oxford Street and the A4 Piccadilly are just moments from the property. There is onsite parking available for a additional fee.

Other things to note:
Please note: the second bedroom is NOT air-conditioned. There is a fan and a large window. The main bedroom and the large open plan living / dining / kitchen are air-conditioned.

The residential complex is attached to the Marshall Street Leisure Centre where guests can access the pool, hot tub and fitness facilities for an additional fee.

Perfect flat in the perfect location!
This is by far the best vacation rental we have stayed in. We felt at home and the property was very modern, neat and clean. Our family loved it! The location was perfect, close to restaurants, theatres and shopping. The concierge was super friendly and very helpful to us. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant and also for being very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come again!

This property is a secret and quiet oasis located in the heart of bustling Soho, Central London. Once you leave the private, secluded entrance courtyard of the complex, you will find all of central London's treasures just steps away.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is spread over 1,400 square feet and has an enormous open plan living, kitchen and dining area with ample space for family and friends to spread out and enjoy their stay. The chef's kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make spectacular meals and has a 3 metre long central island with granite countertops. The living area also has a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows with two sliding doors, opening onto the terrace, which has lush planters, a BBQ gas grill and views all of the way to Big Ben and beyond.
