The NIKI CRETAN EXCLUSIVE VILLAS complex was completed in 2023 by Michael Chamalakis & his son Panagiotis Chamalakis, owned by Niki Tsikritsakis whose name bears the name of the business. Panagiotis Chamalakis, being a public official in the wider area of the southern part of the prefecture of Heraklion, where after a long-term public benefit due to his service capacity, loving especially his island and more specifically the municipality in which he has served for so many years with zeal and passion, wanting to contribute to the tourism development of his place and having long-term experience in the tourism sector, he envisioned and decided to create a unique holiday complex, which can cope with the modern needs of even the most demanding tourist who chooses the beautiful island of Crete.

The location of STELA VILLA is just outside the village of Sivas in the municipality of Phaistos south of Heraklion Crete, about 8 kilometers from the town of Moira which is the center of the area, looking north east, with a unique view of the highest mountain of Crete, Psiloritis and the beautiful valley of Mesara. It dominates a slope surrounded by olive groves at an altitude of about 150 meters, in a place with ideal climatic conditions which are suitable for holidays all year long, having some of the greatest sunshine in Europe.
