The private terrace, partitioned by wooden panels, is on the same level as the living area, so you can enjoy your meals or breakfast outside.
Wooden table and chairs are available, as is a parasol.
Once you've arrived, everything is within walking distance: just take Rue des Boucheries and you'll find yourself in the center of BILLOM.

I'm a native of Burgundy and life brought me to BILLOM in 1979.
That's when I discovered the jewel that was the medieval quarter and I was totally seduced. I had the perfect opportunity to buy this house in 2003, which dated from the 1940s.

It originally consisted of 3 flats and was derelict. It was a colossal task to renovate it, and what's more, it offered me a little breathing space in total privacy, which is essential for me as I come from the countryside, a small garden of 50 m2!

I'd be delighted to welcome you to my home, which I've invested a lot of time and effort in renovating so that you'll feel as much at home in it as I have in all the years I've lived here.

As you may have guessed, there is a neighbourhood restriction which does not allow parties with music, in order to respect the tranquillity of the neighbourhood.

But you'll find yourself in a jewel case, out of time! I hope you enjoy
