Reservation conditions:

The property:
House located 10 minutes south of Clermont-Ferrand and 35 minutes from the Super Besse ski slopes and the Auvergne volcano park.
Warm atmosphere for this town house overlooking a fully restored enclosed courtyard. It is located in a historic village (13th century commandery) a few minutes from a major road (A75). Presents 1 room of life with sofa armchair tv and wi fi. 1 fitted kitchen opening onto the hanging terrace, 1 double bedroom (all in a loft style) on the 1st floor as well as a shower room and 1 WC. There is 1 double bedroom on the ground floor (small window to the left on the exterior photo of the house).
Another shower room and WC as well as the washing machine is on the ground floor WITH ACCESS FROM THE OUTSIDE (door to ground floor on exterior photo).
Another small bedroom is on the 2nd floor (2 twin beds) ideal for children

Leisure: rock climbing (bring your own equipment) to the Chadieu site, hiking, Crapahute (tree climbing, canoeing, via-ferata) Puy de Dôme, Lac d'Aydat, Lac Chambon, Lac pavin
Plateau de Gergovie, one of the most beautiful villages in France with Montpeyroux nearby, Vulcania

Service: a restaurant in the village and a hairdresser. A pizzeria / Hamburger is a few meters from the cottage

Très agréable séjour.Quand on arrive au gîte, facile à trouver, il y a un effet whaou ! Il est beau, original, agréable et fonctionnel. La propriétaire est réactive et disponible. Le village est charmant et très calme. La pizzéria, près du gîte est super pratique. De magnifiques paysages, de belles randos.

Wunderbare Tage in einem wunderschönen Haus.

Als erstes muss man erwähnen dass Anne-Sylvie eine großartige Gastgeberin ist. Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts war sehr gut. Das Haus ist liebevoll und durchdacht ausgebaut worden. Es war alles sehr sauber und noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Brotautomat war leider in der Zeit als wir da waren nicht gefüllt aber der Nachbarort hat auch einen. Die Lage ist großartig. Sehr ruhig aber mit dem Auto alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir. werden auf alle Fälle gerne wieder.

Maison rénovée avec goût et qualité

Nous avons passé 1 semaine très agréable dans cette maison. La rénovation est de grande qualité, déco soignée et beaucoup d'espace. Situation permettant de rejoindre les stations de ski en 35 mn, le puy de Dôme 35 mn également et proximité de Clermont-Ferrand. Mention spéciale pour la borne de recharge quand on a une voiture électrique (merci beaucoup pour votre attention). La personne qui fait la remise des clés est également très sympathique. Bref, maison et hôte à recommander.
