El loft comprende los tres balcones principales del primer piso de la Casa del Santísimo, inmueble colonial restaurado ganador del premio a mejor fachada y balcones categoría casa alta por sobre elevación del Centro Histórico de Cartagena.

Tiene doble altura, su techo es de 4.20 metros. Cuenta con 2 camas sencillas que se pueden juntar y formar una cama queen. También tiene 2 camas nido auxiliares y un sofá cama para espacio adicional de descanso. Cuenta con cocina, 1 baño, 2 aires acondicionados, 3 ventiladores y WiFi.
