We had a wonderful time at this villa. The communication from the owner was excellent from start to finish—clear, prompt, and helpful. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, light, and airy, making it a very comfortable place to relax. The owner was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from great restaurants and the beach. Highly recommended!

Amazing villa for larger groups

We stayed at this villa for a long weekend in May with 11 adults in total. The villa is brand new and absolutely stunning. There is plenty of inside and outside seating including a huge downstairs area for later night gatherings. The host was very thorough with check in and personally greeted us. The pool area is perfect size for the number of guests and has a huge upstairs terrace that is always in the sun. The property is very secure with huge gates and alarm systems which was great for us as we were a group of all females. I am sure if there were any special requests the host would accommodate. 5* stay

We had a wonderful week stay at Villa Del Mar and would highly recommend, as was everything we could have asked for and more. Location was perfect as only a short (10min) walk to the beach/seafront and 15/20min walk to San Pedro town or a 5 min uber ride into Puerto Banús (13). So had the perfect balance of local Spanish charm of SP and option of more liveliness in PB if needed. The promenade runs all the way along which is a lovely walk that takes about an hour to walk and there’re places to stop for refreshments along the way.Amenities at the villa were fab we all had double bedrooms with en-suites which was great as we were 3 families and Karina was very accommodating with all our requests (sorting airport transfers, early checkin, spare bed in room and helping find a doctor for my sick daughter). Everything was clean and modern, beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of spaces for us all to relax in either together or separately. The pool and BBQ area were lovely which we made a lot of use of (note the pool is one depth so no shallow end for the kids but with floats there were no issues). Overall we had a great holiday and would highly recommended to anyone considering San Pedro to stay here!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette villa. Elle est très bien située, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage et de la promenade, dans un quartier calme et agréable.La villa est bien équipée et d’une propreté irréprochable. À l’extérieur, l’espace barbecue est un véritable atout, aménagé avec un barbecue argentin et de l’eau courante. À l’intérieur, les chambres sont confortables, les lits très agréables, et la cuisine est très bien équipée : il ne manque absolument rien. Des espaces de détente sont disponibles aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.Mais au-delà de la villa elle-même, nous tenons à souligner la qualité de l’accueil. Karina est tout simplement formidable : très à l’écoute, toujours soucieuse de notre bien-être et disponible à tout moment. Lors d’un très gros orage pendant notre séjour, elle est intervenue immédiatement pour s’assurer que tout allait bien et que nous étions en sécurité.Un immense merci à Karina pour cette expérience extraordinaire. Nous recommandons cette location sans la moindre hésitation !
