Lovely studio apartment strategically located very close to Bologna Central Station and the historic center.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator and consists of a single room furnished with a queen-size bed, a dining table, a television and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a microwave and a kettle.
To top it off, a bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the layout.

5-6 email to property 20 days before arrival about cancelling - refund procedure, not one response Location ok. Appartment in a very old building. Keep at left of elevator to avoid balancing left-right. Bad, BAD, smell from bathroom (has been reported from others numerously, no action from manager). One door from cabinet found out of rollers / slides (put in place by me), how (if) did they clean it so far (?). No "hooks" for towels. Only 1 set towels per person for 4 nights. Moisture outside bathroom, 0.5m2 de-colour stains. Side of table surface full of stains from food. Freezer full of ice (extra 2cm on top of cubes)! Handle of window not rotating freely. TV set too low, may hit head. Bathroom of neighbour appartment protruding all the way into, too much noise from there. Paid ~160e per night X 4. Local tax not included in that, paid extra - no receipt.
