Located just 4 miles from Leamington Spa, 8 miles from Warwick, 10 miles from Stratford, and just over 20 miles from the Cotswolds, this exceptional 5-bedroom sanctuary with two home offices, large reception rooms, breathtaking countryside vistas, and a garden that's a haven of natural delights.

Our house is a family house, and carries a strict no parties policy, and no additional guests beyond those that are on the booking. This doesn't mean you can't have fun, but it does mean that you can't have large gatherings as it's a quiet neighbourhood. Please consider this when booking.
