Beautiful, Character property in a fantastic central location

Located in the most desirable area in Coventry our private property will truly be your home away from home. Spread over three floors this property is Spacious and comfortable and decorated to a high specification. Located in Earlsdon in Coventry the house is a stones throw from a wonderful high street full of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and public houses. A short walk to the huge “memorial park” and also a short walk to the town centre and the train station with kenilworth, leamington, rugby, NEC just a short ride in a train away. Full sky television including movies, sports and kids in the lounge, kitchen/diner and master bedroom and an Xbox with 30 plus games to keep the younger ones occupied.

This home was perfect for our group of 14. We made good use of the well-equipped kitchen and spent quite a bit of time hanging out in the common areas. Lee was super responsive in his communication, both before and during our stay. I've of the best vacuum home experience I've had.

What an amazing house! Really clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Cosy and welcoming with comfy beds and plenty of bedding. There was sky tv with all the kids channels and netflix. Lots of games for our kids to play. A short walk from a beautiful park. We will be back! I definitely recommend this property.

Perfect stay in a perfect location

Myself and 4 friends stayed here for a 30 year University Reunion with 3 bringing their teenage children. With 8 of us staying, Lee organised to have all the beds and futons made up which was perfect. Lee was really communicative before and during our stay which was great. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The location is excellent. Plenty of cafe’s and restaurants within a stones throw and a short walk to the centre of Coventry. I would recommend a stay here and we would definitely stay again.

Great property, definitely recommend

This property was perfect for our group; 6 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space, comfortable bedrooms, great facilities. The location was great in a lovely area, with plenty of pub/food options a short walk away. War Memorial Park is only 10 mins walk away, a lovely space with children’s playground. We were welcomed by a hamper which was a lovely surprise. Would recommend this property and definitely return for another visit.

Good location, lovely house in need of some TLC

The house is large, well laid out and proportioned, with 5 bedrooms, 3 ensuite and one family bathroom, separate downstairs toilet, in a great location with a good number of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Easy on street parking. Kitchen is huge and we mainly gathered there. A touch too windy to enjoy the garden but did use the outdoor table tennis table. There were some teething issues but the host responded quickly and well. However I have to agree with previous feedback: the house and fixtures need a good deep clean as this spoils an otherwise excellent venue.

Good Location - easy access to local amenities

House is nice - slightly worn in parts, just in need of a small amount of TLC and some house notes would have been useful. Kitchen very big, TV's in every room but most remotes had flat batteries. Front door inside lock jammed at one stage and locked us in until we were able to open the door from outside, house alarm went off at midnight one night and we did not have the code which was very annoying, not sure whether it was the house or the hairdressers underneath that triggered it? Most bedrooms were ensuite and were large and clean. Parking not great in Earlsdon if you are bringing several cars.

Convenient for Earlsden

We stayed at this property for a couple of nights for a family event and found it very homely and spacious for the 8 of us (two families with children 10-15 years). We had to communicate a couple of times with the owner regarding logistics who was very responsive and accommodating. The 5 bedrooms were all good size (one king, one twin, 3 doubles) some with sofa beds too, although one attic room had a very sloped ceiling above the double bed which would make it difficult to sleep two adults. The only thing I have marked down is the cleanliness as could do with a bit of a deep clean if you look too carefully but generally reasonable condition. We may return if have a similar occasion to do so.

Relaxing weekend with friends and family

From checking in to checking out we loved our stay. The owner was so easy to get in touch with and even checked everything was okay. The house was amazing and plenty of space for our party of 13 (8 adults and 5 children). The kitchen and living we're massive and make out stay a home from home. The rooms were all a decent size and the bathrooms have been finished to an amazing spec. We would definitely come back another time. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in the Coventry area especially if it's a family get together and you need a lot of space. Thanks Lee for everything.
