Modern and spacious house - 10 people - swimming pool and SPA - in front of the sea

The Maison du Bonheur, "Ty ar plijadur" in Breton, is our holiday home specially dedicated to relaxation and leisure.
It is very well equipped to meet idleness objectives with its SPA, its heated swimming pool, its deckchairs, its good exposure (you can admire the sunset comfortably lying in the spa, or take advantage of the sea view or the sunset from the upstairs terrace sheltered from the wind over a drink). It is also dedicated to leisure for all ages with its playground, its multiple consoles (WII, NES, playsation), board games, and you can enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Plouguerneau with its 45 km of coastline thanks to bikes and sea kayaks available to you.
The house is new and comfortable with careful decoration on a large plot that can accommodate 10 people. It is located 100 m from the sea and offers a view of the Aber Wrach from upstairs.
Abalone park, small fishing port, strike: the environment is calm and conducive to relaxation.
The house is located in front of a beach and it is 700m from the village of Lilia-Plouguerneau, and 600m from the beach of St Cava. The Grève Blanche beach is 5 minutes by car.

- large heated swimming pool from Easter to All Saints holidays, Balinese shower

- a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower;

-a large mezzanine with a convertible 2 places 160 cm and sea view;
- a terrace with sea view;
- a large bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, a toilet.

The correct orientation of the house to the south and west will allow you to enjoy the sun throughout the day until sunset.

Rest assured the abalone park does not emit any noise pollution, it is a very silent and environmentally friendly organic farm

We can leave you baby accessories (2 baby beds with mattress, baby chair, play mat, deckchair, etc.).

For the greatest well-being of all, the interior of the house is non-smoking.

You can come with your dogs or cats (2 maxi).
Cleaning and charges are included in the price
 Sheets and towels extra at 120 euros.

Plouguerneau is very well located for exploring the superb coast of legends and its various landscapes. Come and enjoy the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters, the lighthouse of the virgin island, the fishing ports. With its 45 km of coastline, possibility of numerous bike rides, on foot (GR34 in particular), kayak trips, fishing trips, beach trips.
If you wish to book I send you a contract and for payment you have 3 possibilities:
1: online (subject to a Homelidays commission of between 4 and 8%) and deposit collected;
2: by transfer;
3: by bank check.
In the latter two cases, the deposit is not cashed (given by check or cash).
