Villa San Tommaso with apartments for groups of families and friends

The Villa San Tommaso is part of the Agriturismo San Tommaso and is located on the sunny side of a hill 200 m above sea level, the absolute protagonist is the view of the infinite valley and the SUN that from morning to evening creates wonderful atmospheres of light until sunset with breathtaking views. The typical Tuscan countryside with cultivated hills, olive trees and vineyards will immerse you in a dimension of relaxation to enjoy the sweet life together with your friends or family.

We are 2 km from the town of Pomarance with shops, restaurants and cafes and 30 km from the sea and in a central position with respect to the most important cities of art such as Siena, Florence, Pisa, Lucca. In about 30 minutes you can reach Volterra, Massa Marittima, San Gimignano and the cellars of the most important wines of Tuscany. Ideal for trekking, cycling and horse riding. We are in the unmistakable scenery of the Val di Cecina, a land of ancient villages and nature reserves that surround the immediate surroundings. Not far away there are the sources of the Cecina river with wonderful bodies of water to bathe in and enjoy uncontaminated nature.

The property is part of an organic farm that produces extra virgin olive oil and quality wine to taste and buy directly in the villa on request.

In the property there are 2 separate and independent villas, each has its own private surrounding garden with equipped terrace, barbecue and parking. The swimming pool is shared but each villa has a private part with deck chairs and sun loungers. The villas can be booked together exclusively for larger groups.

The park surrounding the farmhouse extends for about 11,000 square meters on a hilly surface with cultivated fields, a large olive grove and a small vineyard. The garden includes areas of evergreen lawn and a multitude of plants, cypresses and many olive trees, which form the ideal setting to enjoy the atmosphere of Tuscany.

The 16 x 8 m swimming pool is fenced and has a waterfall, a hydromassage tub, a paved beach for the shoreline and a private shaded area with deckchairs and sun loungers for each apartment or villa.
The swimming pool is sanitised with chlorine and can also be used at night thanks to the lighting both inside and outside the pool. It will be available from the first Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The farmhouse can be reached by car up to the villas and has a private parking also for larger vehicles.

Upon request we can organise breakfasts, lunches, dinners or tastings of local products.

This is the main house of the San Tommaso farmhouse, surrounded by a large and evergreen fenced garden, playground, 3 barbecues and a very large panoramic terrace overlooking the valley, equipped with tables and deck chairs. Access is through a remote-controlled gate and you can park inside near the apartments.

In one of the apartments there is a large living room with kitchen where you can have lunch all together, in front a large evergreen garden terrace with a pergola and a large barbecue, ideal for meeting and spending pleasant moments together with friends or relatives.

Villa San Tommaso is composed of 3 apartments and 1 studio, all on the ground floor. It has air conditioning in all rooms. The villa can accommodate up to 15 people. The swimming pool is shared but has a private part of the surrounding garden with deck chairs and sun loungers. In the villa there are 8 bedrooms (4 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a triple bedroom, two small single bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, each with shower. All apartments have an independent entrance to the garden and a private covered space with a table.

The Leccio apartment of about 78 square meters with a living room kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, sofa and extendable table, a double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a small single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

The Cipresso apartment of about 70 square meters with a living room kitchen, a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, a bathroom with a shower.

Studio apartment Pino of about 28 square meters with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette and a wood-burning fireplace.

The apartment La Vite has a 50 m2 living room with a large fully equipped kitchen, bar counter, table, sofa and armchairs for dining or meeting all together. A double bedroom with a second independent entrance to the garden, a small single bedroom without windows and a bathroom with shower.

The owner lives in the property and, in addition to taking care of the vineyard, olive trees and garden, he is always available for any need.
Furthermore, our staff will be at your complete disposal 24 hours a day from arrival to departure and will provide you with all the information to ensure that your holiday is unforgettable.

A security deposit of €400 is required upon arrival with pre-authorization on a credit card that will be returned after departure.
