Ideal apartment for a couple with one bedroom with a nice terrace next to the cozy beach of Canyamel.
Living room with sofa bed (1.60cm) and bedroom with 2 beds (90cm), very bright, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso etc.), complete bathroom. Sunny balcony with a view of the forest.
Air conditioning and heating.
Private building with communal pool as well as an impressive roof terrace with the best views of Canyamel. Private parking.

ACCOMMODATION:

Modern apartment in a recently renovated building located in Canyamel, 150m from the beach. It has a private pool, gardens with sun loungers and chairs, a roof terrace with impressive views and parking.

Living room: Sofa bed with comfortable viscoelastic mattress (160 cm). Dining room with extendable table and Smart TV.

Bedroom: 2 single beds (90 cm) with viscoelastic mattress, fitted wardrobes, with views of a typical pine forest in the area. Cot available.

Terrace: 7 m2, dining room and folding chairs, and "chaise lounge" where you can relax.

Kitchen fully equiped. Large fridge, dishwasher, microwave-grill, washing machine, induction hob, Nespresso, etc.

Bathroom: Full bathroom with Italian shower.

Equipped with air conditioning and heating.
