A large and spacious living room with a Natucci sofa in the heart of Dizengoff Ben Gurion. 2 balconies in the apartment,The small bedroom is a Mamad like a shelter. one of the balcony is for sitting and one for decoration. Rear apartment. very quiet Minutes walk to the beach. 2nd floor without elevator. Renovated now to a very high standard. A king size bed in the bedroom and a regular bed in the small room. Each room has two chests of drawers and a wardrobe. Washer and dryer. Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stove. Below the building, a minute from Dizingoff is full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Paid parking 3 minutes from the apartment. Parties are not allowed. and animals are not allowed
