About this property

Located in the heart of Perth , in the city’s cultural quarter , all of Perth’s attractions are literally on your doorstep. This stunning loft apartment is light and bright and although in the bustle of the city centre , is quietly located on the top floor of a historic building , away from any traffic noise .

Access to the flat is by lock box , however I am only a phone call away should guests need any help or advice

This is a wonderful flat, which we enjoyed for 4 nights. The location in Perth is right off the High Street, minutes from multiple restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, and the whole flat is quite airy and bright with multiple windows on both sides. Mark, the host, was remarkable, quickly responding to multiple messages I sent him. The only downside for us was the Saturday late-night noise from the alley adjacent to the building containing the loft apartment. With warm weather, our open windows heightened the noise; the modern, double-pane windows would have mitigated most of the noise if shut. We would readily return to this property.
