Welcome to rent a cozy cottage in a peaceful rural environment, Östanbjörka village is located in a very scenic location on the east side of lake Björken, next to Björken beach in Grangärde parish. The cottage has two rooms, a veranda with a roof facing the lake with outdoor furniture for lovely evenings, you are greeted by the living room where there is a sofa, dining group, TV and a beautiful open fireplace that stands only as an ornament. In the room next to it is the kitchen part with chairs and table, and at the end of that room is the sleeping part of the house, two comfortable single beds 90 cm wide. The cottage has no toilet or shower, water is fetched from the yard in cans and it can be heated in the kitchen, there is a sink, fridge, hob, oven and Micro. The outhouse is located below the house with a lake view, if you don't want to shower or bathe in the lake, it is perfectly possible to shower in the owner's big house (just agree on the time and it's no problem). There is a small guest cabin down by the lake that is included when you rent the croft, the cabin is red with a lake view and has a 90 cm bed, wonderful to wake up there in the morning next to the water. A fishing license is required in the surrounding lakes and you can buy it in the i-Fiske app. In the center of Grangärde, three kilometers away, there are shops, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. If you want to see more sights and shopping, it is not far to Ludvika: about half an hour by car.
