No water heater! Shouldn't this be stated in the listing? The water wasn't cold, just cool, so no cold water either. There were two faucets at each sink and the shower, and one didn't work at all. Only half a roll of toilet paper provided. Some of the 2 socket light fixtures have one dim old CFL blueish bulb, where there could be two LED bulbs, with warmer light, and the host would save energy. The bathroom sink faucet leaks. The remote on the living room AC didn't work. The reason we stayed is that the property had a good location close to our relatives, and has two bedrooms, with not a lot of other places available nearby. I don't like leaving a bad review, as I am a host myself.

Sorry for the water is not cool water it’s normal x Panama and the flat has 3 bedrooms single doble and king size thanks

Una verdadera pesadilla! TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO ACA! Baño tuve que pagar de mi bolsillo para arreglarlo (3 dias sin servicio sanitario), el TV dañado, Armario se caia a pedazo, la losa de la cocina desprendida, etc.. El dueño en un email me dice que el Aire solo lo puedo usar de 10 pm a 5 am y si no tiene un costo extra ( en una cuidad caliente).. Expedia PESIMO servicio lo unico que me decian era contacte al propietario (no se dejen engañar con expedia de nada sirve ser Platinum)... El propietario contesto lo del servicio sanitario 4 dias despues y me dice "Tiene que esperar al plomero, es hasta la hora que el plomero pueda'. OJO la respuesta... Al final tuve que abandonar ese lugar terrlble casi que inhabitable y peligroso para la salud y perdi $850 dolares xq a Expedia NO le importo mi problema... Ahh y dos veces tuve que subir al piso 11 x escaleras x se dañaba a cada rato el elevador... Expedia, sea mas responsables y supervisen los lugares que ponen en su plataforma. Deben garantizar la calidad x lo que uno esta pagando. Es una lastima que no se puedan subir fotos y videos pero es logico que no quieren que los usiarios nos demos cuenta de sus matrafulas!
